When only products are in an order:

• Customer will see two shipping options: Ground and Express

When Printify products and other products are in an order:

• Customer will see a blended rate ( or multiple blended rates ), which will add the preferred method ship cost ( by default Ground ), with your preferred methods from the other product groups.
• Blended rates are displayed when there is more than one product group in an order. Each blended rate is calculated by adding the preferred method set for each group of products in the order. You can further control the formula for adding these preferred rates together with blending rules.
